In partnership with The Collaborative, The Spieker Company proudly completed the renovation of the Taylor Kia of Findlay dealership in 2024. This $850,000 project modernized both the exterior appearance and interior functionality of the dealership, creating an updated and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.
Led by Project Manager Rob Bucher and Superintendent Max Lunsford, the project included the demolition and installation of a brand-new front curtainwall system, giving the dealership a refreshed and contemporary storefront. Our team also completed extensive interior finish work, exterior metal panel installation, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and acoustical ceiling panel systems throughout the facility.
Through close coordination with the design team and ownership, The Spieker Company successfully delivered a high-quality renovation that enhanced the dealership’s overall aesthetic, durability, and customer experience while maintaining efficient project execution from start to finish.
