ProMedica Longevity Institute

The Spieker Company is proud to have completed the Icaria project on the campus of ProMedica’s Wildwood Orthopaedic & Spine Hospital. The project consisted of a complete demolition of the existing 2 story building. A new grand staircase, elevator, MRI suite as well as private patient suites were the main focus of the renovation. Multiple ancillary spaces were also constructed to complete the 14,000 sf project.

This project also included many aesthetically pleasing features as a part of the renovation, including a moss wall, art wall, several LED light fixtures and a Serenity Room for the patients.
