The Spieker Company is the general contractor for the Rhodes State College Borra Center for Health Sciences building in Lima, Ohio. The 50,000 square foot building will house Rhodes State College’s five health science programs including nursing, physical therapist assistant, occupational therapy assistant, emergency medical services, and respiratory care.
Conveniently located near Lima Memorial Hospital and St. Rita’s Hospital, the building will be equipped with state-of-the-art simulation suites for students to learn and practice the most advanced healthcare techniques and procedures.
Construction began on the $20 million building in March 2020 and is expected to be completed in early summer 2021.
