The Spieker Company was successful in obtaining the Site Improvement Package on the Promedica Steam Plant Project and Promenade Park Renovations. The scope of work included concrete paving and sidewalks along with granite curbing and paver brick roads and walkways. Spieker worked to connect the Steam Plant to the parking garage and built a beautiful park used for concerts and many other events in the Downtown Toledo area. Tiered site seating, furniture and landscaping along with a granite water fountain makes ProMedica Park a popular place for families to take a break and enjoy the riverside view as well as many other activities year round.
