The Lucas County Metropolitan Housing Association Collingwood Green Phase III is a 55-unit townhouse family development that is a continuation of Phase II. Phase III offers three- and four-bedroom townhomes. Construction began in November 2018 and The Spieker Company performed the rough and finish carpentry portion of this project. The project was completed in December 2019.
