Bluescope Recycling Renovation Project

Holding the General Trades portion of this renovation, The Spieker Company oversaw the first floor renovations and the second floor build out of the shell space. The expansion of the facility immensely increased annual hot rolled steel coil production. A tremendous amount of coordination was required to build a steel mill in the middle of another steel mill that was fully operational during construction.
