St. Joe’s Parish expanded its educational facilities with an innovative 8,000 square foot preschool addition. This strategic expansion, seamlessly integrated with the existing gymnasium, will provide a nurturing environment for early childhood education rooted in Christian values.
As the General Trades contractor on this Design/Build project, our comprehensive bid package encompassed:
• Selective demolition
• Structural steel installation
• Skilled carpentry work
• Door and hardware fitting
• Custom casework craftsmanship
Although this project presented unique logistical challenges, including limited project laydown area and constrained site access due to adjacent structures, our experienced team was able to develop innovative strategies to overcome these obstacles, ensuring efficient project execution while minimizing disruption to ongoing school activities.
This addition significantly enhances St. Joe’s educational offerings, providing the community with increased access to high-quality, Christian-based early childhood education. This expansion reinforces the parish’s commitment to nurturing young minds in a faith-centered environment.
