The Spieker Company was the General Contractor of this 10,000 square foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building for specialty labs. Our scope of work included:
- New 100’ x 100’ Pre-Engineered Metal Building
- 15’ concrete borders on sides and back of building
- 20’ concrete covered area along the front of building
- New catch basin for lot drainage with stone base on remainder of lot
- Septic, water and storm piping
- Nitrogen concrete tank pad 10’ x 10” and a 6’ x 6’
- Concrete Cylinder Sort Pad 18’ x 50’
- Fifteen 8” block bunkers 45’ x 6’ with foundations
- Sprinkler System in hydrogen occupancy rooms
- Temperature Control in Division II rooms
