The Promedica Steam Plant Site Improvement project transformed the historic Promenade Park, enhancing it with modern amenities while preserving its riverside charm. As part of this renovation new concrete paving and sidewalks were installed throughout the park as well as granite curbing and paver brick roads & walkways. A centerpiece of the revitalized park is the striking granite water fountain. This feature has quickly become a favorite spot for families and visitors to relax and enjoy the scenic river views. The park’s redesign also incorporated tiered concrete seating areas, providing comfortable spaces for gatherings and events
An important aspect of the project was establishing a direct connection between the Steam Plant and the nearby Parking Garage, improving overall site functionality and pedestrian flow. These improvements successfully modernized Promedica Park while honoring its historic significance, creating an inviting public space.
