The Spieker Company demolished a 10,000 square foot bank building and constructed a new branch on the same site. The sitework presented challenges due to utility connections and layout. In addition, we were given an almost impossible schedule of 90 day completion, starting with the day shovels touched the dirt to the day we handed over the keys to Fifth Third Bank with a full Certificate of Occupancy.
The bank purchased and installed all of their own equipment during our construction timeframe. The Spieker team exceeded the customer’s expectations, finishing the Certified LEED Project on time and within budget.
