The internationally ranked architecture & engineering firm, SSOE, partnered with The Spieker Company in their $1 million renovation. The project involved interior renovations which provided SSOE with many upgrades and improvements to the conference rooms & lobby, all incorporating a very sleek and modern space with architectural accents throughout, also honoring the company’s four founders. The new presentation room features accent lighting, nine tv display and technology that enhances virtual and hybrid meetings. Celebrating their 75th anniversary in August of 2023, this renovation is just another example of SSOE’s continued investment in Downtown Toledo. The project was designed in house at SSOE, working closely with our Project Manager, Tyler Turi, and superintendent, Todd Nowakowski, the team was able to complete the renovation in time for their anniversary celebration. The Spieker Company is very grateful that SSOE chose us to be the General Contractor on this project.
