Jefferson Center Rehabilitation Project

The Spieker Company was selected as the contractor for all site work, concrete, and general trades for this project.  This project included some unique challenges as it entailed intricate carpentry to maintain historical significance as well as orchestration of a complicated building site.  The Spieker Company worked closely with the Construction Manager and all trade partners to ensure project efficiencies and solutions to project challenges.
