Amanda quickly learned this while working in the field with Spieker. After spending a few weeks in the field, she transitioned from college and joined the carpenter’s union. Being a journeyman carpenter at the hands-on training center has given Amanda the opportunity to learn every aspect of construction from drywall to concrete to metal studs. Learning something new every day and having exposure to every trade has inspired Amanda to be a future foreman or superintendent.
