Aaron White


Mr. White started with The Spieker Company in 1985. He began working in the field, moving into the office in 1990 as a Project Manager assistant. Working while attending Bowling Green State University in the Science of Construction Management, he has been an estimator/project manager with The Spieker Company , vice president/ chief estimator and as of February 1, 2019 President of The Spieker Company.


Adam K. Frye 

Vice President /Senior Project Manager

Mr. Frye earned his Bachelors Degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University in 1988. Upon graduation, he began building restaurants around the country for a national fast food chain. After joining The Spieker Company in 1990 as a project manager / estimator, he is now a vice president / senior project manager. 


Matt Berg

Vice President / Senior Project Manager

Mr. Berg earned his Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University in 1994. While attending school, he worked different construction related co-op jobs that included work on large commercial projects, civil service and estimating work for a General Contractor. He was hired upon graduation by The Spieker Company in the spring of 1994 for the position of project manager / estimator and is now a vice president / senior project manager. 


Rob Bucher

Project Manager / Estimator

Mr. Bucher started employment with The Spieker Company in June of 2014.  Rob has 20 years of project management experience such as complete project management on projects ranging from $500,000.00 to over $10 Million dollar projects.


Nick Hogrefe RA, LEED AP

Project Manager/ Estimator

 Nick is the newest member to The Spieker Company team. Nick earned his Bachelor Degree in Science and Technology from Bowling Green State University in 2003. Nick also holds a Masters Degree of Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Before becoming employed at The Spieker Company, Nick was a space planner for The University of Toledo and an architect on staff at SSOE Inc.


Babette Burnett

Safety Director/ COSS

Ms. Burnett has been with The Spieker Company since April 2012.  She is responsible for training and for overseeing the safety of our field superintendents and crew.  She is also responsible for conducting training, safety audits, compiling and implementing safety policies, including but not limited to; fall protection plans, site specific safety plans and blood borne pathogen safety plans.
